YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice.

How Blue Pepper Digital Marketing uses your information when you visit the website or get in touch.

Who is responsible

Blue Pepper Digital Marketing is the trading name of Stuart Stipetic, a UK sole trader. Our business correspondence address is Greenhill Farmhouse, Longhaven, AB42 0QA, United Kingdom. You can contact the business at [email protected] or on 07979 575 838.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, selected service, business type and message, and any phone number or other information you choose to supply. Technical information needed to secure and deliver the form, which may include an IP address, is processed to help prevent spam and abuse.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer your question, discuss requested services, prepare quotations and, if you become a customer, provide agreed services and meet relevant business record-keeping obligations. We rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in handling enquiries and protecting our website, and applicable legal obligations as relevant. The form's acknowledgement confirms you have read this notice; it is not permission to send unsolicited promotional emails.

Who handles your information

Website enquiries are processed by Cloudflare's website, Turnstile spam-protection and email-delivery services and sent to our dedicated inbox at iCloud Mail (Apple). We do not operate a separate enquiry database. We do not sell your enquiry information. Our service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom, subject to their published privacy terms and applicable safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as needed to respond, follow up on the business you have requested and meet any relevant accounting or legal obligations. We periodically review messages and delete information that is no longer necessary. You can request deletion of an enquiry, subject to any lawful reason we must retain it.

Security and website storage

Our online forms use security checks to reduce automated abuse. The website may use temporary browser storage to remember your choice of package or example as you navigate. We do not knowingly use non-essential advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Third-party services you open from our links have their own policies.

Your rights

Depending on your circumstances, you can request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. Email [email protected] with your request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
